Refund policy

At Berkowski and Company, each item is thoughtfully created in our studio. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and materials that go into every piece.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

MADE-TO-ORDER + CUSTOM ITEMS

Many of our items are made to order or customized. Because of this:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
  • Made-to-order items may only be returned if damaged or defective
    ---

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    ---

RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items to help cover production and material costs.

HOW TO START A RETURN

You can request a return in one of two ways:

OPTION 1: ONLINE PORTAL
Log into your online account and click "Request Return" found on your Order History page.

OPTION 2: EMAIL US
Contact us at returns@berkowskico.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@berkowskico.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

Custom order exchanges are handled case-by-case.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • The 10% restocking fee will be deducted if applicable

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
