    If your request moves forward, we will confirm the details before production begins. Depending on the project, we may provide design direction or a concept summary before final creation.

  • Step 4: Creation and delivery

    Once approved, we begin making your custom piece with care and creativity. Production times can vary depending on project complexity and current order volume.

Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom orders may require additional time for planning, design, and production. Pricing will vary based on complexity, personalization, materials, and turnaround needs.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible for holiday gifts, events, or deadline-based requests. A few more things to keep in mind:

  • Custom order availability may be limited during busy seasons
  • Rush requests may not always be available
  • Final colors and details may vary slightly due to the handmade and custom nature of the work
  • Personalized or custom items are final sale
