Our Gift Cards are DIGITAL, which means it is instantly emailed to the email you provide at checkout. It contains a unique code that can be applied to future purchases online AND at our in-person events.

Please treat your gift card like cash; if you lose your code or it is stolen, it will not be replaced.

Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash once used. Unused Gift Cards may be returned as per our Returns and Exchanges policy. If a Gift Card is returned, it will be refunded back to the original purchaser using the same payment method used to buy it.

Please treat this card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization.

Your Gift Card can only be redeemed only at Berkowski & Co. It may be used in-person at our pop-up shops OR online at https://www.berkowskico.com.

Your card may only be redeemed for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on your card.

Your Gift Card may be used on most goods or services we offer, such as custom orders. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.

A Gift Card can be used on an order that includes the initial delivery of a subscription, but it can't be added as a payment method for a subscription. You must add an eligible payment method to the checkout to be billed for future subscription payments.

The balance on a gift card may be spent on more than one order, so long as there is still a balance on the gift card. You can use multiple gifts cards on a single order, so go ahead and stack them!

Have a discount code for our products? You can still use the gift card to pay the remaining balance!

NOTE: Purchasing of a Gift Card is excluded from all discounts and promotions.

Your Gift Card never expires, and we never charge inactivity fees. Use it now, save it for later. It's your choice!

Have a Gift Card that you just found in that forgotten pile of mail, even though it's been a year since your birthday? Need to know how much is left on it?

Just send us a message with the last four (4) digits of the code (usually a combination of letters and numbers) and how much the starting value was. We'll let you know how much is left!

YOU BOUGHT AN ITEM AND NEED TO RETURN IT:

If you need a return but used a Gift Card to purchase the goods or services, your refund will go back to the Gift Card used.

If you split paid with a Gift Card and another form of payment, the refund will be applied to the Gift Card first, until it reaches the full amount available for refund.

Any remainder refund will then be applied to the other payment method(s).

YOU BOUGHT A GIFT CARD AND WANT A REFUND:

Gift Cards may only be refunded if they:

(1) have not been used (full balance is still available), and (2) the refund falls within our Refund and Return Policy window of 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase.

A refunded Gift Card will be deactivated immediately.

NOTE: The value of the Gift Card will be credited to the original form of payment, such as a credit card used for the purchase. All refunds will be processed following our Returns and Refunds policy.
