  • Gently wrap in tissue paper or place paper towels in-between panels

Troubleshooting Common Issues

The pane doesn’t sit evenly.

  • Remove it gently and try again, checking alignment before fully inserting.

The display looks off-center.

  • Make sure the lightbox is on a level surface and the pane is seated evenly.

It feels tight when inserting.

  • Stop and realign—never force a pane into place.

I’m unsure about orientation.

  • Compare the shape and design before inserting. If it feels off, remove and adjust. All Lightboxes are orientated with USB cable at the bottom and Swap Slot at the top.
